CLAUDIA

I’m the founder of Sweat + Soul, what started as pop-ups is now a 5,000 sq. ft. wellness club
 I’m passionate about Pilates, movement, and building community through wellness


My classes are challenging and spicy,  I love pushing you past your comfort zone


Fun fact: I’m a dog mom to Tyson the Frenchie and a new human mom to Baby X (who may appear in class occasionally, silently judging your form).

COACH JT

I’m Coach JT, and my style is agile, performance-focused, and designed to get you moving like an athlete.
I love pushing people to discover new strength , mentally and physically,  one rep at a time.


Fun fact: I'm also a photographer -  creative both in the studio and behind the lens.

EMILY

I teach Reformer here at Sweat + Soul, and my flows are intimate, challenge-forward, and guaranteed to deliver that slow, controlled burn you’ll feel tomorrow.


I love creating a space where you can tune in, push yourself, and leave feeling strong, connected, and proud of what your body can do.

TINA

Born and raised in Prince George's County, MD.

I am a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Medical Exercise Specialist with a focus on functional strength, cardio/weight balance, and speed & agility.

My classes have an athletic and chill but expect to sweat and move with purpose.


Fun fact: I'm a former law enforcement girl, so yes.. I will catch you skipping a rep.

JERMAINE

I started teaching Pilates in 2015, and over the years I’ve shaped my style into a blend of functional strength, mindful movement, and core-powered training.
Power Pilates was born from that evolution — athletic, intentional, and meant to leave you feeling stronger every time you show up.


Fun fact: I’m a girl dad and also run a holistic wellness business called High Intensity Wellness Center!

KRISTEN

I’m a Houston native with 15+ years in the fitness world — strength training was my first love, and Pilates became the practice that grounded and balanced me. Certified in 2023, I’m passionate about the mind-body connection and creating a welcoming space where every body can move, grow, and feel empowered.


My style blends athleticism with intention high-intensity, flexibility-focused flows.


Fun fact: I’m a nature + animal lover at heart  outside the studio, you’ll usually find me at farmers markets and matcha runs.

SEEMONA

My Pilates style is restorative and stretch-focused  slow, intentional, and designed to help you release tension and melt into movement. I love creating a calming, inclusive space where you can lengthen tight muscles, improve mobility, and reset through breath-led reformer flows.


Fun fact: I’m a multilingual queen , fluent in 4 languages and currently learning more.

I’m Jordan — Instructor & Program Specialist with a Master’s in Instructional Design and Adult Learning Theory.


I love blending education and movement to create fitness experiences that are engaging, effective, and rooted in learning.
Pilates stole my heart through the mind-to-muscle connection and the growth it unlocks. Whether you’re taking class or training to become an instructor, my goal is to help you build strength, confidence, and a solid foundation from the inside out.
