We offer reformer and mat instructor programs at separate times throughout the year.

  • Pilates Foundations & History: Understand the roots behind the movement so you teach with purpose.
  • Cueing + Coaching Excellence: Learn to speak movement with clarity, confidence and impact.
  • Foundational Flows: Pilates 101, Pilates 102 and beginner friendly sequencing.
  • Advanced full-body sessions: Build dynamic classes including Pilates Body & Expresso'lates.
  • Teach the Sweat + Soul way: thoughtful, form focused, high-intent training that puts connection, sweat and soul together.
